Two Pairs of Binoculars and Opera Glasses, comprising Viking and NB Porter London
This lot features two pairs of optical instruments. The first is a modern pair of Viking 8x25 OPTUS roof-prism binoculars, finished in black, with a diopter scale reading '24 22 20 18 16 14' on the eyepiece. They are accompanied by a black woven neck strap and a black zippered soft case. The second item consists of vintage Galilean opera glasses, marked 'STARS' on one eyepiece and 'NB PORTER LONDON' on the other. They feature a dark textured finish with brass-toned accents and a light braided rope strap. This pair is presented with a small brown leatherette pouch with a purple lining, and a larger, generic tan canvas-style zippered soft case. All visible text is in English.
