Description:
An Antique Embalming Pump and Associated Electrical Canister
An antique embalming pump, likely for mortuary or industrial use, accompanied by an associated electrical canister. The pump features a heavy, cast-metal construction with a prominent spoked wheel, various connecting pipes, and a central housing. The cylindrical metal canister has a heavily rusted domed lid, a metal bail handle with a dark grip, and an attached electrical cord terminating in an old-style two-prong plug. A small, illegible data plate is visible on the side of the canister. Both items are presented in 'as-found' condition.
Pump measures approximately 12” X 8” X 9”.
