Price and Kensington Athena Pattern Ceramic Vase - A Price and Kensington ceramic vase of cylindrical form featuring a stepped shoulder and ribbed neck. The exterior is decorated with relief-molded patterns, including a central frieze of repeating gothic-style arched motifs in an olive green glaze, bordered by two horizontal bands of geometric oval designs in turquoise blue. The piece is finished in a high-gloss variegated glaze. The base is marked with embossed circular text reading MADE IN ENGLAND, P&K, and ATHENA. It also features a black printed factory mark with a laurel wreath enclosing the words PRICE and KENSINGTON above the words MADE IN ENGLAND. An incised numeral 7 or hook mark is present on the underside. Height: 22.5 cm.
