A Ringtons Fine Bone China Willow Story Vase - A contemporary fine bone china vase produced for the British tea merchant Ringtons. The vessel is of square-sectioned baluster form featuring a short, flared neck and a gilded rim. The body is decorated with a blue transfer-printed Willow Story pattern, a variation of the traditional Blue Willow design, depicting an Oriental-style landscape with pagodas, a bridge with figures, willow trees, and a river. The upper shoulder and base are finished with patterned borders. The underside features a blue transfer-printed maker's mark consisting of a circular logo with a horse-drawn delivery cart and the text: Willow Story Vase, Exclusively Produced for RINGTONS Fine Bone China.
