A Pair of Vintage Silver Plated Owl Salt and Pepper Shakers with Blue Crystal Eyes - A pair of vintage silver plated salt and pepper shakers in the form of stylised owls, circa 1960. Each figure features a textured body with a diamond-patterned motif representing feathers and is inset with blue crystal cabochon eyes. The tops of the heads are designed with circular perforations for the dispensing of seasonings. The items are constructed from silver plated metal.
