A Collection of Mid-20th Century Lettuce and Tomato Pattern Tableware - An assembled collection of glazed ceramic tableware in a lettuce leaf and tomato pattern, in the style of Beswick or Crown Devon. The group is finished in vibrant shades of green with moulded textures and applied tomato-form accents. The collection consists of various serving items including multiple bowls of differing sizes, several large leaf-form platters, various plates, a sauce boat on a matching stand, a covered butter dish, and a pair of leaf-handled salad servers. A prominent feature is a large orange tomato-form tureen with a lid. One plate features a perforated surface. No maker's marks are visible on the displayed surfaces.
