A Pair of 20th-Century Brass Tulip Form Tankards in the George II Style - A pair of 20th-century brass tankards produced in the 18th-century George II style. Each vessel is designed with a classic tulip-shaped body resting upon a splayed circular foot. The tankards are fitted with cast, scrolled handles. One vessel features a faint, hand-engraved folk-art style motif depicting a bird amongst floral sprigs, while the other vessel is plain. The construction comprises cast components for the handles and bases with a spun or cast body. No maker marks, symbols, or characters are visible on the exterior or interior of either item.
