A 925 Silver and Blue John Cushion-Form Pendant Necklace - A contemporary pendant necklace featuring a square cushion-cut specimen of Blue John, a variety of Derbyshire spar. The stone is bezel-set in a 925 silver mount and displays a diagonal division between a translucent creamy-yellow matrix with fine purple veining and a dense, deep purple-black section. The pendant is suspended from a plain tapered bail on a matching 925 silver spiga link chain. A small rectangular hallmark or maker's stamp is visible on the side of the bail but the characters are not clearly legible. Pendant size: Approximately 18mm x 18mm.
