A Trio of Vintiquewise Old World Map Style Decorative Storage Trunks - A trio of graduated decorative storage trunks of contemporary manufacture, designed in the style of vintage suitcases. Each rectangular chest is constructed with a wooden frame and covered in a world map print exterior, featuring reinforced dark brown textured corners with decorative stitching. The trunks are fitted with antiqued brass-effect hardware, comprising twin front latches and a central carry handle. The map design incorporates decorative postal-style markings, including text reading BY AIR MAIL and a circular postmark dated 24 june 1937. One trunk is open and contains an assortment of miscellaneous items including a metal tea light holder.
