A Set of Sterling Silver Handled Tea Knives, Sheffield 1925 - A set of tea knives featuring 925 silver handles and stainless steel blades. The handles are designed in a classic Art Deco style, featuring a scalloped, waisted form with scrolled terminals. The set is housed in its original black leatherette presentation case, which is lined with deep blue velvet at the base and gathered cream silk or satin to the interior lid. The handles bear British hallmarks including the crown for Sheffield, the lion passant for sterling silver, and the lowercase letter h in a shield-shaped cartouche, corresponding to the year 1925.
