A Collection of British Railways Official Manuals, Vintage Railway Magazines, and Thurcroft Branch Signal Box Lever Plates - This collection encompasses a variety of printed materials and operational ephemera related to British railway history. The lot includes several vintage publications: the December 1965 issue of Railway Modeller magazine, a Railway Magazine Special titled Going by Train 1825-1975 featuring the LNER Class A4 Mallard No. 4468, and the first issue of Steam World magazine. Contemporary promotional material includes a Trainload Freight booklet and a Summer 1993 East Midlands Freight map and booklet. Official British Railways documentation includes a green cloth-bound volume of Regulations for Train Signalling and Signalmen's General Instructions (B.R. 29960) dated 1st October 1972, a British Railways Rule Book (B.R. 87109) housed in a red vinyl binder, and a Periodical Operating Notice for the Eastern Region Northern Area (No. 23D) covering the period from June to August 1980.
