The lot includes a rectangular red metal tin with lithographed decoration of cranes and landscapes in the oriental style; a circular green-glazed ceramic trinket box featuring hand-painted floral and insect motifs, signed MD '91 to the lid; an octagonal wooden box with a painted orange flower on the lid; a small circular turned wooden pot; a white porcelain posy vase of flared rectangular form with a hand-painted floral spray and gilt rim; a silver-toned metal trumpet vase; and a lobed metal box with an ornate pierced lid depicting roses over a red fabric lining.
