Isle of Wight Studio Glass Amethyst Swirl and Controlled Bubble Paperweight - An Isle of Wight Studio Glass hand-blown spherical paperweight in clear glass. The interior features a dense swirling core of deep amethyst-coloured glass trails. The design is further decorated with numerous controlled air bubbles of varying sizes, characteristic of the bullicante technique. The base of the paperweight is acid-etched with the circular maker mark reading ISLE OF WIGHT ENGLAND.
