The Technics stack includes an SL-J1 DC Servo Automatic Turntable System featuring a linear tracking tonearm, an SL-PJ1 Compact Disc Player, an ST-8L FM/MW/LW Stereo Tuner, an SU-8 Stereo Integrated Amplifier with new class A circuitry, an SH-E4 12-channel Stereo Graphic Equaliser, and an RS-8R Auto Reverse Stereo Cassette Deck with dbx noise reduction. The lot is accompanied by a silver-faced Panasonic model 611 Stereo Cassette Deck featuring twin analogue VU meters and a pair of Technics bookshelf speakers with black mesh grilles. The components are finished in charcoal grey and brushed silver, with various push-button controls, sliders, and digital/analogue displays. Several interconnecting cables and power leads are present at the rear of the units.
