Large Neo-Rococo Style Glazed Earthenware Centrepiece Bowl - A substantial ceramic centrepiece bowl or jardiniere on a shaped pedestal base, crafted from glazed earthenware. The piece is finished in a deep petrol blue ground glaze and features heavily moulded rococo-style scrollwork, acanthus leaves, and floral motifs highlighted in pink, yellow, and green enamels with gilded accents. Each side displays a large central reserve depicting a classical mythological scene with figures and a chariot, executed in polychrome transfer with hand-painted details. The scene is signed in the lower right, appearing to read Mann. The interior is glazed in a matching teal tone. The underside of the base shows an impressed script numeral 9, with other indistinct impressed markings present near the rim. Width: 43 cm Height: 28 cm.
