1922 US Peace Silver Dollar - A US one dollar silver coin, Peace type, dated 1922. Struck at the Philadelphia Mint. The coin is composed of .900 fine silver and .100 copper. It features the Peace Dollar obverse design with the inscriptions LIBERTY and IN GOD WE TRVST, and the Peace Dollar reverse design with the inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, ONE DOLLAR, and PEACE. The designer Anthony de Francisci's monogram AF is visible below the truncation of the neck on the obverse.
