A Collection of Vintage Tinplate and Model Railway Items Including HWN and Liliput - This collection comprises a variety of vintage model railway items of tinplate and die-cast construction. It includes a blue-bodied breakdown crane mounted on a black tinplate chassis, marked Made in Germany with the circular HWN logo for Heinrich Wimmer Nuremberg and the date 25.2.54. The crane is accompanied by an original red and white striped box featuring repeated Liliput branding. Also included is a maroon-liveried London, Midland and Scottish Railway restaurant car, numbered 2305 with gold-toned lettering and a grey roof. The collection further features a small tinplate clockwork train set consisting of a green and red 0-4-0 locomotive numbered 835, two matching green coaches, and a metal winding key, all contained within a cardboard box. A separate large illustrated box lid depicting a steam train in a landscape is also present.
