1989 UK Bill of Rights Brilliant Uncirculated Two Pound Coin - 1989 UK commemorative two pound coin (KM# 953) issued by the Royal Mint to celebrate the tercentenary of the Bill of Rights. The coin is housed in its original Royal Mint tri-fold presentation folder. Struck in nickel-brass, the reverse features the Bill of Rights commemorative design by John Lobban, incorporating an interlaced W and M monogram and the dates 1689 and 1989. The obverse features the Raphael Maklouf portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. The packaging includes historical text and map illustrations.
