Giuseppe Milio Capodimonte-style Porcelain Figurine Group i ricordi - A large, hand-painted porcelain figurine group in the Capodimonte style by the artist Giuseppe Milio. The scene, titled i ricordi, depicts an elderly man and woman seated on a tufted, fringe-trimmed sofa atop a patterned rug. The woman is dressed in a pale blue gown with a white floral-patterned apron and a lavender high-collar blouse, holding an open photo album. The man sits beside her, leaning in to look at the album; he wears a brown suit, a patterned waistcoat with a pocket watch chain, a red cravat, and wire-rimmed glasses. The item is made of moulded porcelain with a hand-painted matte finish, featuring sculptural details in the facial expressions and textile textures. The front of the base features a gilded scroll with the handwritten Italian words i ricordi.
