The engraver's initials DES. are struck below the truncation of the neck. The reverse features a neoclassical design of Saint George on horseback slaying a dragon, with the date 1902 and the designer initials B.P. positioned in the exergue. The coin is finished with a milled edge. No maker's marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the item.
