A Spink & Son Mahogany Coin Cabinet with Two Trays - A mahogany coin cabinet manufactured by Spink & Son, London, featuring a rectangular form with a straight-grained finish. The box is fitted with a hinged lid secured by a brass flip latch. The interior contains two removable mahogany trays, each featuring twelve circular recesses lined with red felt. A vertical storage compartment is situated to the right side of the trays. Inset into the interior centre of the lid is a circular brass medallion depicting the maker's logo of a three-towered castle.
