WWII US Army Named US Army Officer M-1 Helmet Battle of Okinawa - Original named Front seam swivel bale M-1 helmet and liner named to Lieutenant Raymond Brousseau of Tupper Lake, New York. Research showed that he was a member of the 637th Quartermaster Company, 6th Infantry Division at the Battle of Okinawa in 1945. The helmet has a painted 2nd Lt bar on the front (peeling) and a Lt bar affixed to the liner. The chinstrap appears to be a post war added piece. Condition: See description for notes on condition.
