Addressed to Rabbi Isaac Halevi Herzog, Head of the Yeshivat Committee at the time. - The letter was sent by Baruch Ben Zvi, apparently a Jew who fought in the British army, and begins with a definition of the situation of the Jews of Europe. later on offers a plan for ”purchasing” the European Jews from Germany.
