Lot of 2 philatelic items: (1) First Day Cover (FDC) bearing stamps from the ”Doar Ivri” first series of the State of Israel, 1949 – various denominations with tabs, cancelled JERUSALEM 14.2.1949, with a label inscribed ”One Year for the Redemption of Israel”. (2) ”Stamp Exhibition” Post Card of the PHILA – Philatelic Exhibition, Tel Aviv 8.4–11.4.1945, bearing a 7 mils PALESTINE stamp and the exhibition cancellation, with the exhibition Cinderella label affixed on the reverse, hand-addressed to Haifa.
