Includes a ”Power of Attorney” document of attorney Herzl Ben-Ari in Tel Aviv, envelopes bearing Palestine E.E.F. stamps (5 mil denomination, on a cover sent to Haifa), a registered letter from London to Herzl Ben-Ari at 54 Pembridge Villas, and additional covers bearing Palestine and French stamps.
