The envelope is hand-addressed to ”Palestina, Sanatorium Tel-Aviv, Bialik Street 19”, franked with Latvian arms-type stamps (LATVIJA) and a Latvian postmark dated 27.7.1931. Includes a multi-page handwritten letter in cursive Hebrew script. Good condition, folds and wear.
