Addressed to cafes, restaurants, cinemas and rest houses, announcing new prices for cake and for a glass or cup of cocoa or chocolate by grades, with a price table. Signed by M. Garner and Dr. N. Lives, the secretariat. A paper item from the Mandate period, on the eve of the establishment of the State. Good condition.
