Reproduction of the Negev stamp with face value 0.15, issued 25.10.1971 and designed by G. Rotschild and Z. Lippmann, and a Dead Sea stamp with face value 60 agorot with tab, designed by A. Schwartz in 1989, bearing the Tel Arad balloon fiesta postmark 11-14.7.1989. The reverse records the participation of the Penthouse-Monitin balloon on the occasion of the launching of the first issue on 28.7.1989. Carmel catalog no. 51b, catalog value 1200 NIS.
