Consular certificate of the Consulate General of the State of Israel in New York, 1951, franked with three consular fee stamps totalling 700 pruta - Printed Hebrew form in which the consul certifies that the declarant appeared before him, was duly identified, declared under oath that the contents of the attached document are true, and signed the document in his presence. The franking: two 100 pruta consular fee stamps in red and a 500 pruta consular fee stamp in brown, 700 pruta in all, matching the entry on the form: certification fee $2.00, that is IL.0.700. Manuscript details: given in New York on the 22nd of the month, 1951, the consul's signature, and number NY/20155. The handwritten month name is not clearly legible. At the side of the form is a blind embossed seal with a red paper wafer of the Consulate General of Israel in New York, also visible on the reverse. Two file holes in the upper margin, folds and light age staining.
