Official souvenir sheet of the Philatelic Services, Ministry of Transport, with the 1948 Festival stamps in cancelled pairs - Deluxe Minister sheet issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications, Philatelic Services of the Postal Administration, headed Israel and ISRAEL with FESTIVAL STAMPS. It carries five pairs of stamps of 3, 5, 10, 20 and 65 mils, ten stamps in all, each pair tied by a circular Tel Aviv event cancel dated 30.12.1948. At the foot an explanation in Hebrew and English: the stamps bear the emblem of a flying scroll of the period of the Kings of Judea, the inscription on the streamer reading Joyous Festival. Central vertical fold and light age staining.
