The front opens with a section on the Fund and its aims, followed by a numbered list of the Fund's activities with sums in francs, including a reference to the year 1913. The reverse continues with further sections on the Fund's work and closes with the signature: the Head Office of the Keren Kayemeth, Koln, Hansahaus, Friesenplatz. At the foot the printer's imprint: DRUKARNIA LWOWSKA, LEMBERG, KOPERNIKA 11. Folds, age staining and small edge tears.
