Souvenir leaf describing Israel's tribute to the victims of the 11 September attacks, the 9/11 Living Memorial Plaza in Jerusalem, Israel 2010, issued by the Philatelic Service, issue quantity 1010. An unfinished blank, without serial numbering. The leaf bears a stamp with face value NIS 2.40 from the Jerusalem's Tribute to New York World Trade Center Victims issue, with tab and a Jerusalem postmark of 2010. The reverse carries an account in Hebrew and English of the monument by the sculptor Eliezer Weishoff, commissioned by the Jewish National Fund. Carmel catalogue no. 597, catalogue value NIS 11200.
