Souvenir leaf describing the Children's Medical Center of Israel on the campus of the Beilinson Medical Center in Petah Tikva, Israel 1989, issued by the Israel Postal Authority, Philatelic Service. A specimen and unfinished blank: the leaf is marked Specimen and carries no serial numbering. It bears stamps with face values of 90 agorot (UNICEF), NIS 1.50 and NIS 4.00, with a Jerusalem postmark dated 30.4.1989. The reverse carries an account in Hebrew and English of the Children's Medical Center and of Medical Development for Israel, founded in 1982. Excellent condition.
