Minutes of general meetings of the shareholders of THE HEBREW GYMNASIUM HERZLIA Co. Ltd., Tel Aviv: (1) dated 10.5.1936, three shareholders present, Dr B. Mossinson elected chairman; (2) dated 17.5.1936, fifteen shareholders present, with a full agenda, approval of the 1934-1935 accounts and election of committee members; (3) dated 16.5.1938, three shareholders present, Dr H. Bograshov elected chairman of the meeting. The documents carry the company seal, and the 1938 document an affixed revenue stamp. Fine condition, exactly as photographed. Units in lot: 3
