Writing on behalf of his clients, Sheinkin addresses the committee of the Hevra Hadasha in Jaffa, NEUE GESELLCHAFT JAFFA, with a firm demand for the return of the purchasers' money after the sale of plots in the new Jaffa neighbourhood was not carried through. The letter lists the purchasers and the sums paid, among them 3,960 and 1,000. Written on the letterhead of the Hevra Hadasha, Jaffa, with a red pencil annotation. The paper is very fragile and full of tears. Fair condition, exactly as photographed.
