One copy is tabbed at the right and one at the left, each tab inscribed The well of Petach Tikva, dug by the founders of the mother of the colonies seventy years ago, beside a drawing of a jar and a mattock. Designed by O. Wallish, perforated 11 and printed from plate number 1. Petach Tikva was founded in 1878 and became known as the mother of the colonies. Mint never hinged, MNH.
