Judaica, 1929. Letter of congratulation from Meir Dizengoff, mayor of Tel Aviv, signed in his own hand, to his friend Dr Dukhin in Jerusalem. Written on the official stationery of the Township of Tel Aviv, dated 6 Shevat 5689, 17 January 1929. The writer congratulates the recipient on his promotion in office in recognition of his distinguished service, as reported in the press, and closes in friendship beside a hand signature. The head of the sheet carries the printed emblem of the municipality. Folds and light age staining. Good condition.
