Lot of 2 items from the First World War, a cover and a folded letter sheet. The cover was sent from Vienna, Austria (WIEN) and bears a Vienna postmark dated 2 December 1918, hand addressed to Prisoner of War David Deutscher at the Krasnaya Retchka prisoner of war camp near Khabarovsk, East Siberia, with censor markings in red crayon and censor openings at the sides. With the cover is a folded letter sheet written by hand on both sides in German, one of its pages written in Yiddish in Hebrew characters, dated Wien den 19/8. Toned paper, fold marks, tears and censor cuts at the edges. Fair to good condition, exactly as photographed. Units in lot: 2
