Lot of 8 supplements to the official gazette of the Government of Palestine (E.I.), 1934-1940. Eight supplement booklets to THE PALESTINE GAZETTE and to its Hebrew edition, from the British Mandate period, each cover bearing the British royal arms. Among them: Supplement No. 2 to the Gazette No. 436 of 26 April 1934, containing the REGULATION OF TRADES AND INDUSTRIES ORDINANCE 1927 and the order of the High Commissioner in Council concerning stone crushing machinery; and Supplement No. 2 to the Gazette No. 984 of 8 February 1940, containing the TRADE MARKS ORDINANCE 1938 and the rules of court. The remaining booklets are in Hebrew, among them issues of 1939. Toned paper, age spots, rusted staples, fold marks and light tears at the edges. Mixed condition, exactly as photographed.
