Official document of the PALESTINE KUPAT-AM BANK, CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY, LIMITED, head office Tel-Aviv, P.O. Box 320, branches Jerusalem and Jaffa, dated Tel-Aviv, 15th July 1926. The first page is a circular giving notice that the officials named in the list overleaf are authorised to sign on behalf of the Bank as from 15 July 1926, and that any letter, cheque or other document issued by the Bank will bind the Society only if it bears two signatures of authorised officials, either two first signatures or one first signature together with one secondary signature. It further provides that cheques drawn by the Jaffa Agency will bear the single signature of the Jaffa agent, Mr. J. KAHANO, and will bind the Bank only after their confirmation by the Tel-Aviv head office, and that the circular cancels all previous ones. The circular carries the signature of Meir Dizengoff, President of Council. The inner pages carry the list of authorised signatories with their printed specimen signatures. Tel-Aviv head office, first signatures: Mr. M. DIZENGOFF, O.B.E., President of Council; Dr. Ch. CHURGIN, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. S. ASHKENAZI, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors; and Mr. S. RAPOPORT, General Manager, all four entitled to sign also for all the branches; secondary signature: Mr. N. RATZKOWSKY. Jerusalem branch, first signatures: Mr. J. N. LIPSCHITZ, Manager and Member of the Board of Directors; Mr. I. ELIASHAR, Member of the Board of Directors; secondary signatures: Mr. I. N.
