The card carries the medical prescription table, Ärztliche Anordnung, with manuscript entries of date and quantity. Photographed alongside the milk card is an unused Nahrungsmittel-Karte food card form number 244018 of the ghetto provisioning department, with numbered coupon panels and printed instructions for use. Mixed condition, exactly as photographed.
