Japanese cover with a handwritten address in Japanese script, franked with two Japanese stamps of 5 Sen and 2 Sen bearing portraits in an oval frame and the imperial chrysanthemum emblem, cancelled by Japanese postmarks. The cover carries an oval censor handstamp in red ink inscribed JOINT, the remaining wording of the handstamp being blurred and only partly legible, exactly as photographed. The reverse bears a wax seal and a manuscript notation. Both sides photographed. Good condition, age marks and light creases, exactly as photographed.
