State of Israel, Customs and Excise Department: lot of 3 ”service certificate” stamps of the purchase tax on driving instruction, values in Israeli lirot (IL 30 and two of IL 100), one with its original value covered by a black bar; used, cancelled - Three ”service certificate” stamps of the State of Israel, Customs and Excise Department, for the purchase tax on driving instruction, in Israeli lirot (IL). Each carries its certificate number and a serial number: 1. Service certificate no. 3, IL 30, green, serial 000334. 2. Service certificate no. 8, IL 100, red, serial 00841: the original value covered by a black bar and the value IL 100 printed along the side of the stamp; a handwritten signature in blue ink. 3. Service certificate no. 15, IL 100, blue, serial 07577: the value IL 100 printed along the side of the stamp. Used, cancelled.
