SUSAN CLICKNER
Susan clickner is a self-taught artist who is very much
inspired by her country lifestyle and by the many antique
'curiosities' she finds at flea markets and antique stores.
She hand-paints all her work on native wood, often old barn
boards, and uses Williamsburg Society approved colors,
sometimes adding her own original poetry to the images, in
keeping with authentic fork art tradition. Her artwork has been
featured at the American museum of Folk Art NYC, and at
the Maritime Museum in Baltimore.
