Constance Cochrane (1888 - 1962) Oil on Board, Signed, Measures ( 8 x 10 inches ) w/frame (11 x 13 inches ) was active/lived in Pennsylvania, Florida. Constance Cochrane is known for Landscape, coastal view, portrait painting. A member of a Navy family, Constance Cochrane first learned drawing from her father's clerk. during World War I, she designed camouflage for navy battleships. She was a member of the Philadelphia Ten who exhibited at the Art Club in Philadelphia. She also painted on Monhegan Island, Maine.
