Framed Victorian Fan with Blue Ribbon - Shadowbox framed with light blue velvet lining and gold frame. The fan has woven ribbon and painted blue flowers. Measuring H 7 W 10.5 inches.  Some discoloration to the felt inside the shadow box as well as some loss to the gold paint along the frame
