A Pair of Heavily Carved Wooden French-Style Black Vases and Pedestals - Heavily carved black wooden vases and pedestals in French style. These are heavily gilt decorated with filigree and floral motifs. The lids are removable with a twisted finial atop them. The pedestals follow the same gilt-carved designs as the vases.  Vases measuring H 60 W 17 D 15 inches  Pedestals measuring H 30 W 16.5 16.5 inches  Condition: good condition with little cracking and scratching. The surfaces of the pedestals show loss to the black wood covering due to the movement of the vases.
