Pair of Antique Asian Ceramic Decorated Bowls - A pair of antique Oriental bowls. The larger is decorated on the outside with floral motifs. Dimensions are H 2 x W 6.5 x D 7 inches. No symbols or signature indicating the maker. Condition: There is a visible, and tangible, hairline crack on the underside that extends from one side of the bowl to the base, and to the opposite side. Provenance: The underside has a sticker that reads, gift from Ashew Taipei, 1982. The smaller is decorated on the outside with various figures and the dimensions are H 2 x W 6 x D 6 inches. Condition: Craquelure is occurring to the glaze due to age, and there is a puncture to the inside bottom of the bowl that does not appear to reach to the underside. Provenance: A sticker on the underside that reads, from Auhung's grand-mother: 100 yrs + Taipei, 1982.
