Pair of Antique Chinese Carved Wood Panels - These panels feature intricate relief carvings depicting figures and architectural elements, which are possibly scenes from traditional Chinese life or mythology. They are covered in red and black lacquer and accented with gold highlighting. Dimensions: H 8.5 x W 17 x D 1.25 inches Condition: Some loss to the lacquer around the edges. Loss to the gold highlighting.  These panels were often found in temples or homes, serving as a decorative function on walls or in windows.
