Pair of Quimper Ceramic Serving Plates - Pair of Quimper ceramic serving plates featuring vibrant hand-painted depictions of traditional Breton figures. The small bowl features one individual and the plate features two individuals pushing a loaded cart. Both are marked with a Quimper maker's mark on both sides of the pieces. Dimensions of Handled Serving Platter: H 1.5 x W 11.5 x D 10.75 inches Dimensions of Small Serving Dish: H 1.5 x W 8 x D 8 inches Condition: Handled serving platter features minor glaze imperfections throughout the piece but no signs of physical damage or repair. Serving bowl shows signs of three hairline fractures from interior to exterior no signs of repair. Provenance: Private collection of Floyd and Beverly Sherman
